Anna Hojka-Osinska is a postdoc in Laboratory of RNA Biology at International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw. Since starting her PhD she has grown increasingly interested in RNA processing. Anna completed her PhD in 2017 on the identification and profiling of stable RNA degradation product in HCV cell culture model. Her current research focuses on identification of novel functional interactions involved in RNA metabolism and decipher molecular mechanisms of those interactions. Her work experience spans two areas: firstly, basic molecular biology expertise and human cells cultures, and secondly computational analysis of high-throughput data and bioinformatics. In her work she tries to integrate molecular biology with big data analyses for deeper understanding of complex biological systems. Among her research interest are: RNA degradation, RNA metabolism, Bioinformatics, Computational RNA Biology, NGS analyses. Her hobby are: dancing and fashion design.
