Efficient science management is a vital element of the MOSaIC’s activities dedicated to organizational enhancement of IIMCB. We expand internal policies and implement activities that directly influence the quality and results of our researchers’ work. They comply fully with the ERA priorities and the latest national and European recommendations. Our ambitious plan includes three areas of activities:

• adopting internal Open Access (OA), Open Data Management (ODM), ethical policies to national and European recommendations and support scientists in their daily implementation
• establishing IIMCB’s doctoral school with innovative educational programme based on modern trends, excellent science, and mobility
• providing professional assistance in IPR management for the ERA Chairs Group Leader and other IIMCB researchers focused on innovative projects with market applications.

 Prof. Andrzej Dziembowski provides conceptual input and advice on the implementation of the above activities.
