Katarzyna Fiedorowicz has a master's degree in political science. She also completed post-graduate studies in administration and human resources management. A second-degree civil servant appointed until 2018. She gained experience in government and local government administration. For over 15 years she has been working in human resources departments, including over 12 years in managerial positions. She is responsible for HR strategy and management of HR processes, including supervision over the correct use of labor law, implementation of modern HR tools in the field of recruitment, training, employee evaluation, professional development and employer branding. She is supported by the HR team. She likes reading fantasy books, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
