Paweł is a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratory of RNA Biology, IIMCB, where he is involved in the bioinformatic analyses of high-throughput sequencing experiments. In 2010 he graduated from the Inter-faculty Individual Studies in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Warsaw,  then started PhD studies at the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics. In the project focused on the metagenomic analysis of microorganisms from anthropogenic environments - at that time he is strongly interested in modern sequencing technologies and related bioinformatic analyses. After receiving my PhD in 2018, he became a post-doctoral researcher in the laboratory led by prof. Andrzej Dziembowski, and he is involved in the project focused on the analysis of functions of cytoplasmic poly(A) polymerases. Main research interests: RNA, polyadenylation, nanopore sequencing. Hobby: Linux, music, football.
