Monika Kusio-Kobiałka
Monika is a postdoc at the Laboratory of RNA Biology. She started PhD studies at Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology, PAS, after she did her Master degree at the University of Warsaw. Her work focused on survival and pro-apoptotic pathways activated in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) cells. Later she started her first postdoc in Central Hospital of Vaud University (Department of Oncology). Since December 2016, she has been working in the Laboratory of RNA Biology (earlier Laboratory of RNA Biology and Functional Genomics) headed by prof. Andrzej Dziembowski. Her main research Interests are: molecular biology, flow cytometry, immunology, cancer research, and her hobby are: trekking, mountaineering, riding bicycle, yoga, watching films.
