Today IIMCB has organized a workshop „How to conduct an Effective Employee Evaluation” for Lab Leaders. The main goal of the workshop is to teach how to work with feedback techniques using new evaluation system tools. The workshop provides insight into the way how you feel when you give/receive some information which is difficult or overwhelmed. Participants learn how to provide constructive feedback and how to strengthen the involvement of their team.
