The objective of the two-day training is to provide heads of organizational units necessary knowledge in the field of managerial practices in the area of employee development and management of their work effectiveness. This training introduces the participant to practice skills in delegating tasks relevant to developmental needs, monitoring work results, providing feedback on work, and motivating and appreciating subordinates and colleagues. The training is part of the MOSaICactivities planned in the WP4. Structural changes for more effective implementation of C&C principles.
