Today, the new ERA Chairs Research group was opened at IIMCB. The laboratory operates in the IIMCB building at ul. Trojdena 4 in Warsaw. The opening participants were welcomed by the IIMCB's Director, prof. Marta Miączyńska and prof. Jacek Kuźnicki, MOSaIC coordinator who gave a presentation titled "MOlecularSignaling in Health and Disease - Interdisciplinary Centre of Excellence".

Prof. Andrzej Dziembowski, new ERA Chairs Research Group Leader, Head of a new RNA laboratory presented a lecture named "Regulation of gene expression by non-canonical poly(A) and poly(U) polymerases" and his co-worker, Olga Gewartowska spoke and gave a presentation titled "Mouse Genome Engineering Facility - generation of animal models for biomedical research".

After the official part and the symbolic opening of the new laboratory, the guests had the opportunity to meet and talk in an informal atmosphere with the ERA Chairs Research Group Leader during a small banquet.
