On November 21 the training course on research data management was held at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw. The training was attended by IIMCB researchers who in their daily work produce research data and publish them. Through Open Science policy research data are available to everyone and can be used for further research analyses and reused. Also, integration of data from multiple sources allows to obtain new knowledge and ensure further progress of research.
