On September 23rd, during the NGSymposium in Computational Biology, Paweł Krawczyk, postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratory of RNA Biology, IIMCB gave his lecture titled: "Direct RNA nanopore sequencing for transcriptome-wide polyadenylation analysis". 

The conference  brought together early-stage and senior researchers from different areas of bioinformatics. This international conference was an excellent platform for computational biologists in central and eastern Europe to present their work, discuss it with other participants and renowned invited speakers, as well as initiate potential collaborations. 

NGSymposium2022 was held at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics, University of Warsaw .
